By downloading or using the DAPT app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

You agree to use DAPT only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair our services
• Create accounts by automated means or under false pretences

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@dapt.fit if you suspect unauthorised access.

Health disclaimer

DAPT provides general recipe and fitness content for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise or dietary programme, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition.

Intellectual property

All content within DAPT — including recipes, workout programmes, exercise descriptions, images, animations, and the DAPT brand — is the property of DAPT and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DAPT at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Limitation of liability

DAPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
